Persiennes
In everyday life we prioritise familiar items on a daily basis (books, knick-knacks, photos, souvenirs, frames, stones, collectors’ items, etc.) either out of affinity, or functionality, by placing them in locations that are more or less visible, thus creating a landscape of objects.
Storage space, or exhibition space, Persiennes is a piece of furniture which, like the Persian blinds after which it is named, filters sight.
By simply revolving the slats upon themselves, the objects arranged within its heart may either be hidden or revealed, at will, and without having to move them.

Les Tirettes
Multi-functional pots, les Tirettes are inspired by the basket mechanism used in gherkin jars, which are raised by means of a “tirette” or “pull”, in order to better reach the contents.
Translating this method to small containers intended for a desktop, Lili Gayman has reinvented objects which, normally, either force us to empty their contents, or to plunge our hands within, in order to seize pens, erasers, paper clips, or suchlike hiding at the bottom.
This is an advocacy for the re-establishment of efficiency and visibility as priorities: a simple movement allows for the revealing of those objects contained within, in the blink of an eye.
